About

This experience is more than just meditating for two days. It’s an invitation to ignite something within you to begin seeing the world through a softer lense.

Together, we’ll gently explore what it means to slow down, soften, and become present. You’ll begin to see the world and yourself through a more grounded and compassionate lens, opening up to the fullness of life.

Whether you are completely new and curious about meditation, or returning after falling off rhythm, this is a simple way to begin again.

A replay will be sent if you are unable to attend live.

What to expect

Each day includes a guided step-by-step experience.

  • All sessions are held via zoom 10 AM- 12PM, May 16-17.

  • A gentle opening practice to ease the mind into the present moment.

  • Wisdom talk blending ancient teachings and modern science.

  • Foundational techniques that support you in meditation and everyday mindfulness.

  • A second meditation to deepen the practice

  • Live Q&A for support and integration

The benefits of meditation deepen with consistency, but even a single session can begin to shift how you feel.

My intention for this offering is to ignite a remembering inside of you that illuminates a peaceful heart, curiosity for knowledge, and connection within. Allowing you space to move through life more grounded, open, and at home in yourself.

If you feel the pull, I invite you to join us. This is a gift to your present moment, And your future self.
