All you need is enough space for a massage table (approximately 6’ x 9’), ample space to move around the table, and a quiet comfortable area. An outdoor setting is even possible weather permitting. Dana provides the massage table, linens, music, and everything needed to create a magical experience.

Dana is based in NE Portland, OR and serves Portland and surrounding areas. Travel outside the surrounding areas may require an additional fee.

No, it is not necessary for your legs to be shave. Do whatever makes you most comfortable.

This is entirely up to your and your comfort level. For a full body massage, it’s best to be completely undressed to allow for full, uninterrupted movements. But if you are more comfortable keeping your underwear on, I can work around it. Regardless of the amount of clothing you do or do not keep on, l always keep private areas covered by a sheet.

During your massage session, we'll start with a brief verbal consultation to discuss your goals. You'll then have privacy to undress and settle between the sheets. Throughout the session, we'll maintain open communication to ensure your comfort. Towards the end, I'll step out to allow you to dress. Afterward, we'll discuss your experience, next steps for your healing journey, payment, and scheduling for future appointments.

It is entirely up to your preference. Some clients find it relaxing to chat during their session, while others prefer silence. It is important to communicate any feedback during the session, whether it's about the pressure being too light, too much, or any adjustments needed for your comfort.

It’s important to drink plenty of water to re-hydrate your tissues to aid the body in comfortable and speedy healing process.
For roughly 24 hour after your massage, I recommend maintaining a relaxed state and avoiding strenuous exercise. Exercising after a session can increase muscle soreness and compromise the soft-tissue work you just received.
If anything is suggested post session, it will be discussed with your massage therapist. Don’t hesitate to ask your massage therapist if you are unsure.
